Free mindfulness program

Palouse Mindfulness is a free, online eight-week course that teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques, such as body scanning, controlled breathing, and mindful yoga. Developed by certified instructor Dave Potter, it provides all the materials from in-person MBSR courses, including videos, readings, and practice assignments, to make the practice accessible to everyone regardless of financial or geographical limitations. The course is designed to help users manage stress, anxiety, and depression by fostering increased empathy, sensory awareness, and a greater ability to be present in daily life.
